AMICIUS Agency is looking for experienced and motivated model scouts to join the team and help recruit new models.
- $300 for every model successfully recruited
- You set your own schedule
Your responsibilities:
- Find potential models who fit the agency's requirements
- Reach out to and communicate with potential candidates
- Present the opportunity and answer their initial questions
- Follow up with interested models throughout the recruitment process
- Help bring qualified models into the agency
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a model scout or in model recruitment (required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to find models through social media and other platforms
- A proactive and consistent approach
